At Magnolia Education and Research Foundation, we believe every child deserves access to an excellent education that unlocks opportunity. Since 2002, Magnolia Public Schools has provided tuition-free, college-preparatory learning to thousands of students across Los Angeles. Our model integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Athletics, and Math (STEA²M) with college readiness and social-emotional support to prepare students for life’s challenges and opportunities.
Every year, our students achieve incredible results: a 96% graduation rate, 89% A–G completion, and 71% dual enrollment in college courses before high school graduation. Just as important, they grow into thoughtful, creative problem-solvers and community leaders. With over 2,500 alumni and counting, Magnolia students are breaking barriers as the first in their families to attend college, earning scholarships, and stepping into careers that transform their futures.

Donations help us provide smaller class sizes, after-school tutoring, arts programming, robotics, and critical supports for English learners and students with disabilities. They also ensure our students experience the world beyond the classroom through field trips, guest speakers, and internships.
